HMO (House of Multiple Occupancy)
Grow your portfolio with HMO's
MFP Building Solutions are skilled and experienced in working closely with private investors to help grow their portfolios of HMO properties. This is a great way for investors to grow their earning potential, with renovations such as these usually consisting of a 3-4 bed semi-detached or terraced house being converted into a 6-10 bed building, with a mix of studios and rooms. This is achieved by taking the property back to brick and fully re-building from the inside, including works on electrics and plumbing, joinery and plastering. Working closely with interior designers, we set out to hand over a fully decorated project with flooring. It’s a full circle process.
Space is key, so building either a dormer or extension, or both, maximises the potential of the property’s space. Features of our HMO’s are that all rooms created will feature ensuite facilities and any non-studio’s will share a communal kitchen.
With an eye on long term investment, investors will thrive and reap the rewards of the large monthly rental income HMO’s provide, and of course the end increased property value.
The opportunity to create HMO’s doesn’t just stop at residential properties. Converted commercial buildings also offer a fantastic base, due to the increased space available, they present the opportunity to create as many as 20 – 30 rooms. This is investment potential on the next level.
The great news about working with MFP Building Solutions on projects such as these, is that we are skilled at turning a customer’s vision into a reality. Our long work history illustrates this.
We’ll take our customers through the entire process, from the start of works through to final completion, meaning any stress is alleviated for our clients.
