We’ll start to live your dream, will discuss feasibility and practicalities of the project, realistic time frames, what budget you are working to and manage any expectations or limitations of the project. Based on our extensive knowledge of completing new builds, we’ll offer robust alternatives or solutions we believe will enhance the vision for your new build home
Design and Build
The skills of an Architect
The next stage will be for us to assign the most suitable Architect to the project. We’ve worked with our network of Architects for numerous years, and know their skills and experience inside out. You’ll be matched with the very best Architect based on those relevant skills and experience and the relevance to your project. Time to see your dreams begin to take shape and come to life!
Working as a 3 way team at this critical stage, between us, the Architect and you, we’ll get on paper the final designs of your new build to take forward for planning permission.
Let the build begin…
Having taken ownership of getting your designs through the planning permission process, we’ll then move onto agreeing sign off of build, materials, time frames and associated costs. It’s then over to us to work on your behalf to manage the entire process of building your new home. We’ll bring in all the relevant trades at the right time, to deliver your project on time, on budget and to the agreed specification. From high specification structural requirements, through to your favoured design touches, we’ll address each and every element with attention to detail.
